The Runner puts a relentless twist on the kidnapping thriller. Set across the streets of London, the story follows a mother racing against time after receiving impossible orders from her son’s kidnappers. One wrong move could cost everything.
Forced to remain on the move while following a series of increasingly dangerous instructions, she enters a relentless race against time where every decision could have fatal consequences.
The visual effects were created by 1920.
The Runner is directed by Kevin Macdonald and will premieres on Prime Video on September 2, 2026.
