Matt Aitken joined Weta Digital just after its creation in 1994. He participated in all major projects of the studio as THE FRIGHTENERS, the LORD OF THE RINGS trilogy, I ROBOT, KING KONG or AVATAR. Max Ivins worked for more than 15 years in the VFX. Before joining the staff of Look Effects, he has worked at Digital Domain, Blue Sky / VIFX or Rhythm & Hues. He has participated in projects such as ARMAGEDDON, APOLLO 13, or BLOOD DIAMOND. He oversaw the effects of films like SCOOBY DOO 2, BEDTIME STORIES, or AVATAR. Chad Wiebe began his career working on the impressive opening scene in bullet time of SWORDFISH at Frantic Films. He then worked on THE CORE, X2 or CATWOMAN. It then supervised the VFX for films like TOOTH FAIRY or DRAGONBALL EVOLUTION. In 2007, Frantic Films was acquired by Prime Focus. Chad then oversee the effects of ECLIPSE.

Dan Lemmon began his career with TERMINATOR 2 3-D at Digital Domain. At the same place, he will also work on TITANIC, FIGHT CLUB or THE LORD OF THE RINGS: THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE RING. He will work on two other THE LORD OF THE RINGS films at Weta Digital. In 2007, he is VFX supervisor for 30 DAYS OF NIGHT. Then follow up with ENCHANTED, JUMPER and AVATAR.
