The first trailer for Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord has arrived, offering a new look at the infamous Sith as he seeks to rebuild his criminal syndicate after the Clone Wars.
The series follows Maul in the aftermath of the Clone Wars as he begins plotting the rebirth of his syndicate on a remote planet beyond the reach of the Empire. The trailer teases a darker corner of the galaxy and offers a first glimpse at the animated style and tone of this new chapter in the Star Wars universe.
The animation and visual effects are produced by Lucasfilm Animation.
The series is scheduled to premiere on April 6, 2026, exclusively on Disney+.
