Want to see how the monsters of IT: Welcome to Derry were brought to life? The latest making-of by Rodeo FX is its most detailed so far, taking viewers behind the scenes of Pennywise’s many forms, the award-winning Pickle Monster, and more terrifying creations.
Assets Supervisor Philip Harris-Genois and CG Supervisor Steph Wagner guide viewers through Rodeo FX’s creature work for IT: Welcome to Derry. The breakdown explores Pennywise’s evolving forms alongside the VES award-winning Pickle Monster, a horrifying flying dead baby, and one particularly disturbing mother.
While Rodeo FX has previously shared behind-the-scenes material for the series, this new making-of is its most comprehensive yet. It expands on the studio’s earlier showcases, offering a deeper look at the creative process, technical challenges, and artistry behind some of the show’s most memorable nightmares.
