For the second season of Ted, Framestore’s teams expanded the scope and complexity of the visual effects work while continuing to focus on believable character performances. The artists enhanced the digital character with more dynamic interactions, refined facial animation and greater attention to subtle acting details, helping Ted feel like a fully integrated member of the cast.
The season also introduced a wide variety of challenging sequences, including complex environmental interactions, physical comedy moments and multiple character variations. Produced across Framestore’s Melbourne and Mumbai studios, the work combined large-scale episodic production with feature-quality character animation to support all eight episodes of the series.
