Water. Earth. Fire. Air. The opening sequence of Avatar: The Last Airbender Season 2 is here, offering a first look at the new season ahead of its Netflix debut.
Avatar: The Last Airbender Season 2 will continue the live-action adaptation of the beloved animated franchise, following Aang as he learns to master the four elements while facing the growing threat of the Fire Nation.
The new season is led by showrunners Jabbar Raisani and Christine Boylan, with Marion Spates serving as Production VFX Supervisor and Adam Chazen as Production VFX Producer.
The visual effects work is being handled by an extensive list of vendors including Eyeline Studios, Framestore, Accenture Song, Outpost VFX, Pixomondo, Rodeo FX, Important Looking Pirates, Image Engine, Futureworks and Atomic Pictures.
The second season will premiere globally on Netflix on June 25, 2026.
