What does it take to create a new Titan? Filmmakers, actors and VFX Supervisor Sean Konrad reveal the process behind Titan X in Season 2 of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters.
The new trailer teases a dramatic continuation of the saga, with Monarch’s fate — and that of the world — hanging in the balance. Buried secrets resurface, reuniting heroes and villains on Kong’s Skull Island and in a mysterious new village, where a mythical Titan rises from the sea. As echoes of the past collide with the present, a titan-scale event looms on the horizon.
The Production VFX Supervisor is Sean Konrad, with Elizabeth Willaman serving as Production VFX Producer, and Bryn Morrow and Marc Varisco overseeing on-set VFX supervision.
Visual effects for the season are delivered by Eyeline (VFX Supervisors: Bryan Hirota and Eric Petey), Rising Sun Pictures (VFX Supervisor: Marc Varisco), Rodeo FX (VFX Supervisor: Pier Lefebvre), Distillery VFX (VFX Supervisor: Jonathan Mitchell), Crafty Apes (VFX Supervisor: Aleksandra Sienkiewicz), Fin Design + Effects (VFX Supervisor: Roy Malhi), Trixter (VFX Supervisor: Chris Smallfield), Outpost VFX (VFX Supervisor: Robin Lamontagne), Mist VFX and Vitality VFX, with previs and postvis by The Third Floor (Visualization Supervisor: Jourdan Biziou).
The season premieres on February 27, 2026, on Apple TV+.
