For Frankenstein, Mr. X delivered a wide range of visual effects, from vast frozen landscapes to intricate creature work, blending digital artistry with practical techniques.

Mr. X handled all exterior environments featured in the film, spanning arctic icescapes, rugged mountains, open water, and towering sea cliff landscapes. These large-scale settings play a key role in establishing the film’s harsh and isolated atmosphere.
The studio also created several creatures, including the butterflies and the flayed man, as well as a boat trapped in the ice. For the destruction of Frankenstein’s tower, miniature models were used to enhance realism and bring a tangible sense of scale to the sequence.
