The trailer sets an unsettling tone, asking what would happen if the truth about our place in the universe was suddenly revealed to everyone on Earth. With its sense of global scale and mounting suspense, Disclosure Day is already shaping up to be one of the most intriguing sci-fi releases to watch.
The visual effects are overseen by Production VFX Supervisor Matthew Butler and Production VFX Producer Lauren Ritchie. The VFX work is shared between Digital Domain (VFX Supervisor: Joel Behrens), Weta FX (VFX Supervisor: Guy Williams) and Storm Studios, supporting Steven Spielberg’s restrained and suspense-driven approach.
Disclosure Day is scheduled for release in U.S. theaters on June 12, 2026.
