Step into 1920s London with Agatha Christie’s Seven Dials, brought to life through the visual effects work of DNEG. Across the three-part series, the studio transformed contemporary locations into richly detailed period environments.
DNEG delivered extensive environment builds and clean-up work, restoring cobbled streets, gas lamps, vintage vehicles, and historic architecture to create an authentic 1920s capital filled with texture and character.
A standout sequence in Episode 2 features a full digital recreation of 1925 Piccadilly Circus and a fully CG Scotland Yard. Hundreds of digital extras, nearly 40 bespoke vehicles, detailed CG builds, and on-set scans were seamlessly combined to recreate the bustling energy of London.
