Digger has unveiled its first official trailer, offering a glimpse at Alejandro G. Iñárritu’s ambitious new film. The footage teases a frantic story centered on one of the world’s most powerful figures as humanity faces an unprecedented crisis. With its striking imagery, escalating tension, and large-scale spectacle, the trailer promises an intense cinematic experience ahead of the film’s theatrical release later this year.
The visual effects are created by ILM, with Abishek Nair serving as VFX Supervisor.
The film is directed by Alejandro G. Iñárritu and set to open in U.S. theaters on October 2, 2026.
