With Biônicos, the São Paulo-based studio Picma Creative Post brings an ambitious dystopian world to life through an extensive visual effects pipeline, reinforcing the scale and intensity of this Brazilian sci-fi production.
Picma Post handled close to 1,000 VFX shots, including more than 500 featuring 3D and CGI elements. The work spans a wide spectrum of disciplines, from CG environments to complex digital integrations.
The studio’s contribution also includes digital limb replacements, simulations, compositing, motion graphics, and invisible VFX, all supporting the film’s action-driven narrative and futuristic setting.
