24th VES Awards Celebrate Top Achievements in Visual Effects

The Visual Effects Society honored the year’s most accomplished visual effects work at the 24th Annual VES Awards in Los Angeles, celebrating creativity, technical innovation and collaboration across the global VFX community. Congratulations to everyone!

Held at The Beverly Hilton, the ceremony recognized outstanding achievements in visual effects across film, television, animation, gaming, technology and student projects. Congratulations to all winners and nominees whose contributions represent the very best of the industry. The evening’s most awarded production was Avatar: Fire and Ash, which took home seven trophies, including the top prize for Outstanding Visual Effects in a Photoreal Feature.

The animation categories were led by KPop Demon Hunters, which secured three awards, including Outstanding Animation in an Animated Feature. Major category winners also included Sinners, Prehistoric Planet: Ice Age, and BMW’s Heart of Joy: Meet Okto the Octopus, alongside awards for Ghost of Y?tei, Andor, and Azimuth, highlighting excellence across multiple disciplines.
