After explaining the MPC work on PROMETHEUS, Charley Henley is back on The Art of VFX. It details his work on TOTAL RECALL.

Aleksandar Pejic has worked for many years at Double Negative and particularly on films such as BATMAN BEGINS, CHILDREN OF MEN, THE DARK KNIGHT or INCEPTION. He then joined Prime Focus and supervises the effects of TOTAL RECALL.

Olivier Cauwet joined BUF Compagnie in 1998. He will work on projects like FIGHT CLUB, THE MATRIX RELOADED, ALEXANDER or BATMAN BEGINS. He is also overseeing projects like LES DEUX MONDES, CITY OF EMBER or ARTHUR 3: THE WAR OF THE TWO WORLDS. In the following interview, he talks about the challenge of giving life to the Marsupilami.

Before overseeing movies, Louis Morin was a freestyle skier then began working on commercials. In 2000, he joined Buzz Image where he oversaw such films as THE AVIATOR, THE FOUNTAIN, or THE ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND. In 2006, he became freelance supervisor and supervised the VFX for films like I'M NOT THERE, THE AMERICAN or MR. NOBODY.

Danny Yount, Creative Director at Prologue Films, accompanied by Daniel Klohn and Miles Laurisden talks about their work on TRON LEGACY. Prologue is a studio specializing in the design of film credits and motion design. They worked on films such as IRON MAN 2, THE LOSERS or SHERLOCK HOLMES and TV show like THE WALKING DEAD.

After several years at Zoic Studios as a TD and engineer, Justin Ball joined the team at Brainstorm Digital. He participated in many projects such as BURN AFTER READING, DUPLICITY or THE ROAD. It also oversees the effects of several films like BROOKLYN'S FINEST, or LETTERS TO JULIET and THE ADJUSTMENT BUREAU.

Coming from Sweden, Mattias Lindahl began his career at Lego, then he left for London where he worked at Jim Henson's Creature Shop and at Double Negative in 2001. After nearly 10 years at Double Negative, he returned to Sweden this year and works at Fido. In the following interview, he talks about his work on KICK ASS.
