Dadi Einarsson has over 20 years experience in the VFX. He started in Iceland before moving to London and New York. He has worked at The Mill and Framestore for projects like AUSTRALIA, SHERLOCK HOLMES or CLASH OF THE TITANS. In 2008, he returned to Iceland and founded Framestore Iceland.

Since its last interview on The Art of VFX, Jonathan Fawkner oversaw the effects of THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA: THE VOYAGE OF THE DAWN TREADER and CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE FIRST AVENGER. He explains now the many challenges on WRATH OF THE TITANS at Framestore.

Jeff Campbell returned to The Art of VFX to tell us about Spin VFX work for UNDERWORLD AWAKENING. He is joined by George Macri, VFX Producer, and Ahmed Shehata, CG Supervisor. They explain in detail their work on this film.

Kaj Steveman worked for over 30 years in the movie business. He started as a SFX makeup. There is 11 years old, he founded the studio Fido. Matt Jacobs arrived at Tippett Studio in 1997. As a compositor, he has worked on films such as MISSION TO MARS, HOLLOW MAN or BLADE II. And then as Lead compositor, he takes care of the films MEN IN BLACK II, MATRIX REVOLUTIONS or CONSTANTINE. In 2007, he will oversee the effects of THE GOLDEN COMPASS then TWILIGHT SAGA HESITATION and TEMPTATION and not forgetting HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS: PART 2. In the following interview, Matt Jacobs talks about his work on IMMORTALS.

Simon Hughes began his career in visual effects in 1997 at Cinesite. For over 10 years, he worked in various studios like Double Negative, Rainmaker UK or Clear and on movies like KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, UNITED 93 or SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE. In 2009, he joined the teams of Image Engine to work on DISTRICT 9. He subsequently oversaw the effects of film LAW ABIDING CITIZEN, THE LOSERS or THE FACTORY. Max Ivins worked for more than 15 years in the VFX. Before joining the staff of Look Effects, he has worked at Digital Domain, Blue Sky / VIFX or Rhythm & Hues. He has participated in projects such as ARMAGEDDON, APOLLO 13, or BLOOD DIAMOND. He oversaw the effects of films like SCOOBY DOO 2, BEDTIME STORIES, or AVATAR. In the following interview, he talks about his work on CAPTAIN AMERICA.

Angela Barson worked almost eight years at MPC, starting with compositing (TROY and CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY) and ending as VFX supervisor for films like CASINO ROYALE and QUANTUM OF SOLACE. In 2009, she founded BlueBolt with Lucy Ainsworth-Taylor and Chas Jarrett. Since then she has overseen the effects of films such as JANE EYRE or FAST FIVE.

Doug Campbell began working in visual effects since over 25 years. He participated in many TV series like STARGATE: SG-1, STARGATE: ATLANTIS or KINGDOM HOSPITAL. At Spin VFX, he worked on films such as OUTLANDER, LEGION or BATTLE LOS ANGELES. In the following interview, he talks about his supervision work for the series The Borgias for which he received an Emmy Awards nomination.

After working several years at Toybox and Mr. X, Andy Robinson joined Cinesite in 2004. He worked on numerous projects such as V FOR VENDETTA, THE GOLDEN COMPASS or THE DARK KNIGHT.
