WRATH OF THE TITANS: Gary Brozenich – VFX Supervisor – MPC

Gary Brozenich is a CG artist for over 25 years, he joined MPC while the studio only had a dozen artists. After working on numerous commercials, he joined the film division since its creation and will be in charge of CG on TROY and KINGDOM OF HEAVEN. He will be then VFX supervisor for films like THE DA VINCI CODE, THE WOLFMAN or CLASH OF THE TITANS. It is therefore natural that he talks about his work on the CLASH sequel: WRATH OF THE TITANS.

Kaj Steveman worked for over 30 years in the movie business. He started as a SFX makeup. There is 11 years old, he founded the studio Fido. Kaj has since overseen the effects of many films including FROSTBITTEN, LET THE RIGHT ONE IN or HOTELL GYLLENE KNORREN - FILMEN. Geoffrey Hancock has been evolving for over 10 years in visual effects, he worked at Gajdecki Visual Effects, Rainmaker and CIS Vancouver, the latter of which is now Method Studios. Geoffrey has worked on films like I Robot, VANTAGE POINT or NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM. This is his third collaboration with Clint Eastwood, he oversaw the effects of CHANGELING and INVICTUS. Ollie Rankin worked at Weta for the first two LORD OF THE RINGS and then joined the teams of MPC and has worked on films such as KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, WATCHMEN or HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE. For the occasion of INVICTUS, Ollie joined CIS Vancouver.

After working 10 years in London with MPC and Double Negative on films such as PITCH BLACK, STALINGRAD, THE CHRONICLES OF RIDDICK or 10,000 BC. In 2009, Jesper joined teams Image Engine in Vancouver. He will work on the films DISTRICT 9, GREEN ZONE or THE LOSERS. In the following interview, he talks about his work on THE THING.
