In 2011, Danielle Plantec had detailed to us the work of Scanline VFX on IMMORTALS. She then worked on films such as IRON MAN 3 MAN OF STEEL or THE WOLF OF WALL STREET. In 2012, Byan Hirota talked about his work on SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN at Pixomondo. He has moved then to Scanline VFX. Today, they explain in detail their work on the sequel of 300.

John "DJ" Desjardin began his career in visual effects 20 years ago. He worked on projects like TIMECOP, BROKEN ARROW, RELIC or MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE II. He becomes Production VFX Supervisor on the two MATRIX sequels. Then he took care of the VFX for films such as like FANTASTIC FOUR, X-MEN: THE LAST STAND or THE KINGDOM. MAN OF STEEL is his third collaboration with director Zack Snyder.

Few years later, he joined Digital Domain and worked on films such as I, ROBOT, FLAGS OF OUR FATHERS, TRANSFORMERS or 2012. In 2010, he moved to Scanline VFX to work on HEREAFTER and then on IMMORTALS and BATTLESHIP.

Pete Dionne has been working in the visual effects for over 16 years. He took care of the effects of many films such as THE LONE RANGER, ELYSIUM, 300: RISE OF AN EMPIRE or THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2. As a VFX Supervisor, he worked on GOOSEBUMPS and then PASSENGERS.
