David S. Cohen have published a really interesting article about the expansion plans of Industrial Light & Magic for London and Vancouver.
In Vancouver, the Gastown facility will open in March.
And they will work also work on STAR WARS and WARCRAFT, TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION and TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES.
The London office will focus on STAR WARS and THE AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON.
ILM president and general manager Lynwen Brennan mentions also Quebec and says there are no firm plans to expand there.
“We have great partners in Quebec, Rodeo FX and Hybride, that we work with very, very closely. So we feel we’ve satisfied our need in Quebec with those partners,” she said.
